Overview
- Partnering with Speakeasy
SimpleComm became a Speakeasy Partner almost five years ago. They immediately appreciated Speakeasy's solid DSL and T1 solutions - particularly Speakeasy's nationwide network coverage, which allowed them to sell connectivity even in remote locations. Over the years, they have been impressed by Speakeasy's honest communication, reliable performance, and streamlined implementation. Once a beta tester for Speakeasy's Hosted Voice solution, they continue to use Speakeasy voice and data services in their own office today. - Value to Consultants
SimpleComm has been consistently impressed by the exceptional support and constant communication Speakeasy provides to both their clients and them. Speakeasy's dedicated sales consultant delivers "absolutely hands-down the best support I've ever had in my business career," says Levine. "It makes the process of selling so much easier."
SimpleComm continually receives offers to sell and partner with other providers, but Speakeasy's overall performance has allowed them to remain SimpleComm's number one hosted voice solution provider. "We stay with Speakeasy because they deliver in terms of performance, reliability and timely communication."
- Value to Clients
SimpleComm sells most of the business services in the Speakeasy portfolio, allowing them to meet a wide range of client needs cost-effectively. Recently they.ve noticed huge client demand for back-up and disaster recovery sites, which they often support with Speakeasy T1s.
For another client, they connected 36 remote locations using Speakeasy's Private Networking over DSL. Speakeasy's technology made it possible to link all the locations to one T1 at the main office with no need for firewalls because of the security afforded by the private IP network. At just $100 per location, this was an affordable solution for the client and solid recurring monthly revenue for SimpleComm.
