Company Background

Valley Cities Counseling & Consultation is a community behavioral health center established by the people of South King County, Washington in 1965. The organization has 225 employees and maintains outpatient service locations in Auburn, Federal Way, Kent and Renton, and Seattle. Before switching to Speakeasy Hosted Voice, Valley Cities had outdated and failing PBX systems at each location. The organization's IT team was constantly traveling between locations to address problems such as dropped calls and loss of service.
